WHAT is StackHaus? If you haven't figured it out yet, HAUS is German for HOUSE. You’d be surprised how many people get confused by that. As broker/owner I’m first Generation German-Canadian: fastidious, detail oriented, obsessed with rules and regulations, dedicated to fighting for my clients best interests.
My love for Real Estate goes back to my youth growing up with immigrant parents who were speculative developers. I’ve been a practicing Realtor for over 16 years and a home owner as one woman on the title of a 3600sf house for just as long! That is until I met my husband and business parter Nicky Valinoti :)
Together we started StackHaus Realty Inc. as a way to offer both Property Management and Real Estate sales to Greater Victoria, based in Esquimalt. We are not affiliated with a franchise. We are our own independent firm.

Meet the StackHaus Babies
Growing up in Metchosin our other German neighbours bred Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and we have had them as our loving companions ever since.
Henry is the latest addition to the StackHaus! Pictured here on the left, baby Hen-Hen is our first boy dog, he’s got a soft fluffy coat and is full of beans, loves to cuddle and run around the parks of Esquimalt.
Winnie, pictured on the right is the boss of the pack, she likes to scream in your ear when she’s excited (so loud it hurts, what a weirdo) and is jealous of any other dog within 300 yards of her family.
These two get along like two peas in a pod. Corgis aren’t entirely useful dogs and pure kryptonite for a clean freak and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We remove an ENTIRE vacuum container of fur from the upstairs of our house every. single. day.

Emma, The Mascot of Wordsley
Meet Emma the retired alley cat. Emma is a 13 y/o tuxedo cat that lived next door to us for the past 10 years. She was mostly outdoors and everyone who lives on Wordsley St. knows her!
When her owner moved away to a colder climate we offered to adopt her and now she lives with us. We built her a catio and she is living her best life.

Christina-Luise Stack
Hey there! It’s your favourite Realtor! With a background in General Contracting I’m your go-to Realtor who’s competent, capable and competitive enough to move hundreds of people in, out and across Greater Victoria.
As Director and Owner/Operator of StackHaus Realty Inc. I love all things Real Estate. Development, improvement, revenue, I’m here for it all.
I believe that direct mail, targeted social media ads and open houses are the key to great Real Estate marketing, bringing over 20 years of entrepreneurship to the table.
The first words I ever spoke were full phrases and commands : “By myself!” as I ripped the spoon from my mother’s hands (charming). Second was commanding the dog to sit “Zuzie Sat!”
If I’m not delgating you’ll find me….GETTING. THINGS. DONE.
Nicky Valinoti
Nicky, pictured here in his natural habitat, eating a meatball at our favourite Italian restaurant in Manhattan (Antonucci’s, UES, NYC).
Nicky and I met in NYC when he was a Building Superintendent. Nicky can build or fix anything, and has a heart as big as Manhattan. I’ve seen him repair a wooden toilet and boilers older than time itself. Mr. Valinoti has many hidden talents and comes from Wall Street pedigree - this man knows how to trade stocks.
Nicky is in charge of our Property Management division, offering a competitive advantage to landlords with our built-in Building Superintendent. Nicky loves rooting for the NYC Mets & Jets, restoring anything vintage or antique, and has THE sharpest sense of humour, delivered perfectly with his fantastic Brooklyn accent :)
Why Esquimalt?
My parents met in Esquimalt! Both German immigrants, they met in Equimalt but moved to Metchosin to start a family, Dad Stack was based in Albert Head and Naden as 3rd Mech Cdo/Airborne then PT at the Naden gym based at Macaulay Point.
My childhood memories of visiting him at work were watching him march soldiers through Rockheights, trick or treating through the PMQs here, sharing an ice cream as a family at beautiful Saxe Point.
As a resident and homeowner for 16 years in Esquimalt I am proud to call E-Town my home. Is it blue collar here? Can be, and how refreshing to be in a town where people are useful, capable and getting. things. done!
E-TOWN PRIDE.
